VUIHOC Makes Strategic Investment in The IELTS Workshop to Tap into Vietnam's Test Preparation Market

Vietnamese EdTech startup VUIHOC has strategically invested in The IELTS Workshop with seven-digit USD to capitalize on Vietnam's lucrative IELTS test preparation market.

VUIHOC raised a $6 million investment in a funding round last year, led by TNB Aura, aiming to meet the surging demand for IELTS in Vietnam.

Run by Dang Tran Tung, who boasts years of experience in IELTS test preparation and a perfect score of 9.0 in all four IELTS skills, The IELTS Workshop operates 11 IELTS language centers nationwide after seven years of development.

According to Do Ngoc Lam, CEO of VUIHOC, the strategic investment will merge VUIHOC's technology and AI strengths with The IELTS Workshop's experience and programs. They aim to create high-quality IELTS training programs accessible to students nationwide jointly.

The strategic investment cooperation between VUIHOC and The IELTS Workshop will commence in early June, introducing the IELTSPEED course. Unlike traditional courses, IELTSPEED integrates AI to provide a virtual learning environment for skill enhancement. It offers personalized learning and a team of top-notch teachers scoring IELTS 8.0 and above.

IELTS scores open doors to overseas opportunities, and academic programs, and serve as a global benchmark for English proficiency.
