Driven by this insight, AirCity is dedicated to providing safe and technologically advanced building management solutions specifically tailored to the boarding house, serviced apartment, and dormitory segments. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for residents while simultaneously empowering property owners and long-term accommodation businesses. AirCity leverages cutting-edge, proprietary technology to streamline building operations, optimize management efficiency, and reduce operational costs. This translates to a significant reduction in personnel required for building management – from a traditional team of 10 people overseeing 1,000 rooms to a mere 3 people with the support of AirCity's innovative technology platform.

In October 2023, AirCity received seed funding from South Korean fund Sopoong. Antler and several angel investors also participated in this funding round.
